My indoor home base training sessions are designed to be a comfortable and effective workout, utilizing equipment for full-body workouts or specific muscle targeting.

For outdoor training, I offer the refreshing experience of natural settings like parks, gardens and open spaces providing clients with a peaceful and rejuvenating environment.

For virtual workouts, we’ll have video calls. I also provide customized 6 weeks training plan directly emailed to you based on your goals that fits around busy lifestyle.

Each plan incorporates cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises tailored to your goals, emphasizing proper form. Complimentary basic nutrition advice can be supplied after 1st session. No contract is required.

In addition to training, I also offer portable massage sessions to relieve and relax busy clients who cannot visit spas. Whether in one’s home or office, I provide the necessary equipment like a massage table for a customized experience. My ultimate goal is to create a personalized approach for every client, minimizing pain, reducing stress, increasing relaxation, and enhancing overall well-being.
